We are in the final week of holidays before our campuses start opening again next week. The off time has allowed us to catch up on some admin and reflect on what God has been doing so far this year and focus ourselves again for the rest of the year!

Anya Cilliers is a first year student studying at Centurion Academy.

She attended the City Wide Every Nation Campus – Revolution Camp in March, where she recommitted her life and made the decision to take her relationship with God seriously. After the camp she joined a connect group and she did Victory Training and got baptised.

She has been growing by leaps and bounds in her love for God and her passion for His Kingdom. She reaches out and shares with friends on campus weekly and hopes to start leading her own connect group soon.

Excited to see what God is still going to in and through her life😁🙌🏼

A generation with GREAT FAITH!

In August we will have our annual ENC conference where students from all across Southern Africa will gather together to be envisioned for what God wants to do on our university campuses and in and through their lives!

Watch this short video where Pastor Jim Laffoon (one of the recognized prophets in the global Every Nation family) and Carol Mkhize (Campus Director for Every Nation Southern Africa) shares the heart and vision for the conference!

from our 6PM service in Centurion!

God has really been doing something amazing in the 6PM service and I am super excited and expectant to see what God will continue to do through these incredible, incredible people who form part of the church. We have seen a steady growth over the past couple of months and we have specifically seen lost people getting saved and added into spiritual family.

Two quick highlights were Jean (who got saved last year) baptizing his sister YOLANDI (whom we’ve been praying for and intentionally reaching out to) and Osten (who comes from the drug abuse past) giving his life over to Jesus and getting baptized! God is shifting something and gearing us for the harvest to come in!

Outreach Internship 2019

Reflecting back on the Outreach Internship held in Stellenbosch back in April/May where we had almost 60 people being equipped in the area of evangelism and to be able to go back to their local contexts to ignite, build and sustain an evangelism culture where we continually see people encounter Jesus and be discipled into maturity!

During our time in Stellenbosch we saw over 700 people reached with the Gospel of Jesus and since then we have received reports of many of those who were reached who have been slotted into church family.

Post the Internship we have also been receiving testimony upon testimony from the interns as they have gone home and applied what they have learned! Weekly we are receiving testimonies of people getting saved and added into discipleship relationships!

Every Nation World Conference, Orlando

Every three years Every Nation has a global gathering where we celebrate what God is busy doing all over the world as we endeavour to the reach every nation!

This year a number of us working on campus received sponsorships for the World Conference that covers our accommodation and conference fees which is a huge blessing!

I am leaving for the US on the 9th where I will spend a couple of days with friends who immigrated and then off to Orlando for the World Conference! This will be an exciting time to join up with our global family and receive impartation, training and fresh vision to bring back home!

for your prayers, love and support!

We can’t believe we are already past half-way through the year. May these next 6 months exceed all of our expectations and may we see God move in every single area of our lives!

Some prayer points:

  • The GO2019 World Conference. For safe travels and that Riette will be safe at home (she hasn’t accumulated enough leave yet with her new job to be able to go along)
  • For our students coming back from holiday. We have about 4 months of effective time left with our students with the other holidays and exams coming up. Pray specifically for student leaders to be raised and that we will see students reaching students!
  • For the student conference in Aug. We are trusting for all our students to be able to attend (pray into their financial provision for the conference) and that we will see new students come along and get saved!
  • For our 6PM service – that God will give us incredible grace and wisdom as we lead the church and to continue to raise the next generation of leaders. Pray also as we continually reach out to lost people that they will be open and respond.
